The follow-up to the Top 3 Christmas release 70’s Rockdown comes 80’s Rockdown the second release from XPLODEDTV. With everything curtailed before Christmas we still feel 70’s made a great statement in the market and with the strength of repertoire available for an 80’s project, it seems like the perfect time to release our 2nd album at the end of May running into Fathers Day on June 20th. After the brilliant job done by Rick Wakeman on 70’s, we are joined by another rock legend, who really needs no introduction, Francis Rossi. The Quo were very much part of the 80’s with a string of hits and also had the great honour of opening Live Aid on 13th July 1985. He has recently been interviewed by Channel 5 for “Britain’s Favourite 80’s Songs”, which aired during March/April.
