Gorge aka. Pit Waldmann has been a musician, DJ and producer for more than 18 years. Gorge started out playing drums and piano but at the end of the 80s, beginning of the 90s he became inspired by the upcoming electronic dance music scene, which changed his path from being a live musician to a DJ and producer.
Since more than 20 years Martin Eyerer travels heavily around the globe as a dj and producer. His more than 100 releases on the hottest labels like Rennaissance, Buzzin Fly, Great Stuff, Boxer, Audiomatique or logically on his own imprint Kling Klong are bought and played on continents from Australia, Asia to North and South America and of course Europe. Countless sales and other chart positionings as well as media feedback prove that impressively.
Now we are more than happy to have him on the label with a rocking single entiteld Dita. Over the years, Matt has aquired a very special feel for the dancefloor and this new release showcases that in a very stylish way.
The premiere title track "On Display" is all about a hefty club groove for sure, digging deep into hard-hitting house music, weighing in a multiple of highly motivational sample cuts but also some killer retro rave stabs that takes us back to the early 90s.
All four featured tracks are bassline focused and hypnotising. Handcrafted for dancers to get lost in the moment. Morphing sounds and haunting vocal bits provide great intensity, while reverberating grooves hold everything together in a stylish fashion.
