Sometimes known as the father of house music, Jefferson was originally a record producer in the Universal Recording Studios in Chicago, where he met the owner of Trax Records, Larry Sherman. In todays climate most artists carve out a production profile before proving themselves as DJs. It is this that often leads to most artists' productions being more dance floor orientated the more experienced they become, as they gain that all important first hand knowledge of what it takes to rock a packed dance floor.
Carl Booth is a house producer/DJ from the UK, he has been a musician from the age of 15 and has been playing DJ sets globally over the past few years. Carl's first big release was signed to Hotfingers records with his track Digital Eyes. From there Carl went from strength to strength getting multiple tracks signed to Caballero Recordings, Factory Beat Recordings, Play my Track Records, and Everyday Hustlers.
