The name Hitzone was not immediately used for the collection CD. First the name More Hits Made Famous by The Music Factory was used. This is of course a very long title and can't be called commercial at all. In the end it was decided to use the name of the TV show and to use the name Hitzone. After the launch of the first CD, the name was changed to TMF Hitzone.
538 Hitzone popularity With the arrival of the Internet, fewer CDs are sold and listened to worldwide. Still there is a collector-cd that is still sold a lot nowadays, this is the 538 Hitzone cd. This is a double CD on which every quarter the best songs of that moment are placed! This series already has a long history.
